2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.337 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 17, 22, 25,27,27(A) of the NDPS Act.

3. It has been submitted that Tek Narayan Kumar who was arrested by police has been allowed bail by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.29012 of 2017 on 26.07.2017. The name of these petitioners have been divulged by said Tek Narayan Kumar. Both petitioners are aged about 65 and 55 years respectively and they are suffering from tuberculosis. Petitioners are in custody since 22.07.2017 having clean antecedent.

4. The learned APP opposed the submission.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed and they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.337 of 2016.
