JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 07.08.2015 Learned counsel Sri Rajesh Kumar submits that the petitioner has already taken his no objection and, therefore, his name appearing in the daily cause list should be deleted. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that earlier Bettiah Town P.S. case no. 26/2015 had been lodged by brother of the informant in respect of kidnapping of the victim of the present case and in the aforesaid case, victim was examined under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she, specifically, stated that she had solemnized her marriage with the petitioner at her own sweet will. It is contended that when the petitioner got bail in the above stated Bettiah Town P.S. case no. 26/2015 by this court, mother of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Town P.S.
