The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 509(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has fully supported the prosecution case and has stated that this petitioner, who is her maternal uncle, has raped her 9 - 10 times.

Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
