2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 296 of 2024 arising out of Madhubani P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased and she alongwith co-accused Vikash Kumar Sah @ Nitesh Nirala alleged to have killed the deceased. She is in jail since 17.03.2024.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charges have not been framed.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, is in custody for 9 months and trial is delayed, this application is
