One county made pistol along with one empty cartridge were recovered on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner and the aforesaid pistol is said to have been used in commission of murder of one Rekha Devi.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.7.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Sadar P.S.
