The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No.58 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.
The petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased. He is in custody since 31.03.2025. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is co-worker and he had no dispute with the deceased. He further submits that the deceased had committed suicide, which is apparent from the postmortem report as there is no external injury on the body of the deceased except for ligature mark and blackening.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56640 of 2025(3) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have submitted that the petitioner is one of the accused who has killed the deceased. 6.
Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai / concerned Court below, in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No.58 of 2025.
