The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Sushila Devi mother-in-law of the informant with Pharsa on her head. The mother-in-law of the informant received three injuries out of which two injuries are lacerated wound on frontal region of head and another on left ankle joint. Injury is bruise on upper hand. The doctor has opined that injuries no. 1 and 3 are simple in nature. With regard to injury no. 2 the opinion is kept reserved. The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury on head which is opined to be simple in nature. There is a counter version and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29680 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 occurrence took place due to land dispute.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Sugauli P.S.
