2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B) and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 19.04.2022. The trial is on the verge of completion.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
