JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 Annexure-5 is the order of the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi addressed to the Headmaster of the school in question who is petitioner herein. The impugned order speaks for itself since such a direction or communication does not violate any of the fundamental right or statutory right of the petitioner. The Court is not willing to exercise its discretion on the disputes so raised or the demand so made by the petitioner. The problem being faced by the petitioner is his own creation. He has to find an answer to the problem created by him. Writ is dismissed as the dispute does not come within the ambit of judicial scrutiny.
