2. The present application has been filed directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to remove encroachment created by the private respondent nos. 4 to 7 over the public road under Khata no. 691, Khesara no. 1333 situated in village Saraiya, Anchal and P.S. Paharpur, District-East Champaran which has been blocked by constructing thatched and semi pucca houses.

3. The Circle Officer, Paharpur, East Champaran is

Patna High Court CWJC No.11896 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 directed to dispose of the representation dated 05.07.2023.

4. If the Circle Officer finds any encroachment then he will initiate encroachment proceeding in accordance with law and decide the same after hearing all the parties.

5. The entire exercise must be done within six months of the communication of this order.

6. The application stands disposed of.
