2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 97/2023 dated 17.04.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Court, Madhubani.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order considering this fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners and there is compromise between the parties.
