JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and some others following the deceased on the alleged date of occurrence. Subsequently, one Durga Yadav was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner. It appears that except suspicion and confessional statement of co-accused persons, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
