No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, he was not caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
