Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and others due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties and it appears that, altogether, four persons sustained injuries in the present case.
The impugned order goes to show that all the injured sustained simple injury except one injured who sustained injury on his head by sharp cutting weapon and doctor opined that the aforesaid injury was dangerous to life.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37681 of 2016 (2) dt.15-09-2016 submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri J.K.
