From perusal of the order dated 19.12.2018, passed by the learned Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.489 of 2018, it appears that the petition of the petitioner was dismissed on the prayer of the petitioner with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

I do not find any reason to interfere in the order dated 19.12.2018, passed by the learned Chairman, Bihar Land
