The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.20 of 2017 registered under Sections 498Aof the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the submission that there is no truth behind the allegation mentioned in the first information report and the informant has instituted the case only on account of matrimonial discord and incompatibility, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the
