JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.121of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioners that they intercepted the informant, put pistol on his head, assaulted him and snatched cash and a golden chain, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners is dismissed.
