The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police got information that some persons were coming to kill Naresh Paswan, Proprietor of Sri Ram Nursing Home and on such information a raid was conducted. One Dinesh Singh Chandravanshi was apprehended from whose possession two country made pistols and live cartridges were recovered. Dinesh Singh disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was neither apprehended on the spot nor any thing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30293 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015.
