The petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant made very specific allegation that while he and others were coming they heard sound of firing and saw the petitioner and two other accused persons fleeing away on a motorcycle. Both the pillion riders including the petitioner were having arms in their hands.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
