In view of the aforesaid, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.2699 of 2024(2) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 17.10.2024 as contained in Memo. No. V05/2024-25/706,Z.P., Siwan, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
