2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, the informant was on vehicle checking duty, in the meantime, a person riding on a Splendour motorcycle was stopped by the police. He tried to flee away but he was caught. On enquiry, it is disclosed that the motorcycle was stolen from Jahanabad Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the seizure list shows itself that the recovery of motorcycle was made from the police station itself which shows the falsification of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58893 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 case. The petitioner is under custody since 06.04.2024. He has further submitted that it is true that there are a number of cases against the petitioner but in this case, he has falsely been implicated.
5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to release on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
