Petitioner seeks bail in Lakhnour (RSOP) P.S. Case No.10 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 18 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
