The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was married to Mithilesh Singh in the year 1998. On 28.04.2015 the victim was burnt to death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and on account of dispute that her husband, Mithilesh Singh, had developed illicit relation with his sister-inlaw, Sunita Devi. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
