I, Siwan and the same defect has occurred in order no.3 dated 15.10.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no. 3 dated 15.10.2015 in place of A.D.J. I, Siwan, it be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

Accordingly, the above stated order dated 15.10.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
