This is an application for grant of bail for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been made accused on the confessional statement of co-accused and co-accused has been granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Katihar. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. appearing for the State, who has pointed out that the recovered article has been identified in T.I. parade.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that

No.42854 of 2016 (3) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 co-accused has been granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge, let ,above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 19 of 2016.
