JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 This Court had earlier refused the prayer for bail to the petitioner, who is in custody since 16.08.2016 in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.Case No. 453 of 2016, vide order dated 01.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52210 of 2016. The prayer for bail was refused because the allegation against the petitioner is that he sexually exploited to the informant by inducing her to provide job in a good company. The petitioner was allowed liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime. The order dated 19.08.2017 and previous orders passed in Sessions Trial No. 75 of 2015 passed by the Court of learned A.D.J.IX would reveal that the prosecution witnesses are not turning up in the case.

No. 75 of 2017 (Phulwari Sharif P.S.Case No. 453 of 2016) with a condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial, failing which the trial court will be liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
