JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught along with one country-made pistol and 14 live cartridges, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24-11-2014 but uptill now, even charge could not be framed against him.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of his period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 235 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
