JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the order of dismissal dated 26.12.2020 passed by SP, Nawada and for grant of all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Inspector General of Police, Magadh Range, Gaya to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner on 07.06.2021.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15076 of 2022(2) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 has not been disposed off till date, the same would definitely been disposed off within a specified time frame, as directed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Inspector General of Police, Magadh Range, Gaya to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner on 07.06.2021, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
