In these two applications the petitioners seek prearrest bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.201 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 read with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55599 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Referring to the order dated 26.07.2018 passed by learned Session Judge, Nawada in ABP No.1256 of 2018, it has been pointed out the learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant had sustained superficial injuries in the alleged incident and the doctor had opined that he had received bruise on his cheek, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners in these applications are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.201 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
