2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail from this Court in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 836 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No. 684 of 2023) registered for the alleged offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as his prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65317 of 2023 from a Co-ordinate Bench.
3. As per prosecution case, the father of the informant was murdered by unknown miscreants and the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation as one of the persons involved in the alleged offence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2022 and the prosecution evidence has been concluded. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner was named in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who admitted committing the murder of the father of the informant.
5. Since the prosecution evidence has been closed and now it is upon the petitioner to co-operate in early conclusion of the trial, finding no new ground for consideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed and prayer for bail is rejected.
