This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 379/34 of the Penal Code.

There is allegation of assault and snatching of Rs.50,000/-. The name of the petitioner has come in the case diary and the injury report suggests that injury no. (i) is grievous though the name of the victim has not been mentioned, but, it has come during investigation and there is allegation against Kallu to have assaulted by hockey stick and assault by Sajid Khan.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
