JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under sections 364A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on the disclosure made by Ran Bilash Rai. Except that, nothing has come against this petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged crime. Victim has not disclosed the name of this petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.03.2012. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
