Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-326, 302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of information, supplied by spy of the police. The petitioner does have criminal antecedent but except the criminal antecedent as well as confessional statements, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Rajkumar Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42523 of 2016 (3) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 dated 17-09-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32882 of 2016. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sikandra P.S.
