ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2017 in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.403 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 387/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was travelling in Alto car and on mere suspicion, he has been taken into custody as it had been reported that some persons were causing disturbance in the process of tender. It is further submitted that a similarly situated co-accused Rahul Rai, who was taken into custody, has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr.Misc. No.44349 of 2017, vide order dated 19.09.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46384 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar-II, J.M. 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.403 of 2017.
