Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.06.2015 on the accusation that he along with two other accused assaulted the deceased by means of lathi causing injury on her head but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submits that only one injury on the head of the deceased was found and moreover, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of dispute of drainage. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released
