JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 23 bottles, each containing 750 ml, of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from joint possession of the petitioners for which petitioners are in jail custody since 25.06.2016. Para-3 of the petition goes to show that earlier petitioners have not been made accused in the case of Excise Act.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sherghatti P.S.Case
