The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Santosh Ram was apprehended from inside the house while he was trying to commit theft. Santosh Ram disclosed the name of the petitioner Sudarshan Ram. Santosh Ram has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28728/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Praveen Kumar Singh,
