The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there is land dispute between both the sides and in fact the F.I.R. was first lodged by the petitioners' side on 21.01.2016 being Sikty P.S. Case No.20/16 then the present first information report of the occurrence of the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Sikty P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
