JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------ 26-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AC to SC-2 appearing on behalf of the State. The present application has been filed for some modification in the order dated 15.11.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13858 of 2004 with C.W.J.C. No.220 of 2005. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that due to typographical error, in the 2nd, 3rd and 16th line at page-5 of the said order dated 15.11.2010, 'R.S. Plot No.419, 430' instead of 'R.S. Plot No.419, 420', '30 decimals' instead of

Patna High Court MJC No.3657 of 2014 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 '31 decimals' and 'R.S. Plot No.419, 430' instead of 'R.S. Plot No.419, 420' respectively has been typed and the order dated 15.11.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13858 of 2004 with C.W.J.C. No.220 of 2005 requires modification to that extent. Learned AC to SC-2, appearing on behalf of the State, also supported the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the submission of the parties, the order dated 15.11.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13858 of 2004 with C.W.J.C. No.220 of 2005 is modified to the extent that in the said order at page-5, in the 2nd line 'R.S. Plot No. 419, 430' be read as 'R.S. Plot No.419, 420' in the 3rd line '30 decimals' be read as '31 decimals' and in the 16th line 'R.S. Plot No.419, 430' be read as 'R.S. Plot No.419, 420'.

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 15.11.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13858 of 2004 with C.W.J.C. No.220 of 2005, this application stands disposed of. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
