The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 392, 411 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of the confessional statement of a co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 20.01.2015 but he has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015.
