JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2017 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code Allegation against the petitioner is that he had taken K.C.C. loan from Baraon branch and has not returned the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already deposited Rs.1 lakh on 27.07.2017 which appears from the impugned order itself and he is ready to pay the remaining principal amount taken by him.
Heard learned counsel for the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank as well as learned APP also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the fact and

No.34899 of 2017 (2) dt.03-08-2017 circumstances of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to deposit the remaining principal amount within a period of six months. In the meantime, the petitioner will be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014, and if he will deposit the amount within a period of six months from today, his bail shall be confirmed otherwise his bail will be cancelled.
