The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the niece of the informant. The victim made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she denied the factum of her kidnapping.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
