02. 25.10.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(A), 54, 15 and 18 of the Excise Act. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that allegedly 20 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is further contended that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2016 and he is having clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Dilip Choudhry is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to
