The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 114, 290, 370, 354, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The police got information that flesh trade was going on in R.K. Hotel. On search, the police raided the hotel and searched different rooms of the hotel. The petitioner was found in Room No. 110 of that hotel with a woman. The recovered victim woman is major. The petitioner is in jail since 23.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
