JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 188 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but during course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case. However, named accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 15-07-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24238 of 2016.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38714 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 651 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIVth, Motihari, East Champaran.
