The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 191/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order at Annexure-1.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in spite of the petitioner being in custody since 18.04.2016, uptill now not a single witness has been examined in this case and the condition of the petitioner is serious. She is in PMCH and the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, let the learned trial court is directed to constitute a medical board of the doctors of the PMCH so as to submit a report about condition of the petitioner and the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail once such report is filed and the court below shall pass order considering the condition of the petitioner.
