JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 395/397 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of coaccused Ranjan Yadav. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Test Identification Parade has not been carried out till date. He is in custody since 19.7.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
