2. This is the third attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected twice by this Court.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town (Lohiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol, some cartridges, one tab and mobile phone have been recovered from the petitioner who is in jail since 18.02.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61162 of 2024(3) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Town (Lohiya Nagar) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Matihani Police Station, District-Begusarai on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
