JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused and thereafter, house of the petitioner was raided and it is alleged that one silver ring and mobile set were recovered.

According to the prosecution case, the aforesaid recovered articles are looted property of the present case but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid recovered articles have not been put on Test Identification Parade and moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and
