The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dehri Nagar (Indrapuri O.P.) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals looted the motorcycle from the petitioner on the highway. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has similar antecedents and he is in custody since 03.05.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri Nagar (Indrapuri O.P.) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Darihat Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
